this one is slipping under the radar.

All of a sudden there seems to be a lot of activity.

1. Rights issue,57% take up
2. Engaging of the independent consultants,
3. Exploration field trip,
4. Purchasing the complete iron ore rights to its Pardoo project,

For me that's reason enough to start taking up a position in the company.

other factors that influence me is

1. fiscally responsible management
2. project location
3. less than 100m shares on issue after rights issue

Will be interesting to see what happens over the next few months.
