In a statement to the Australian Securities Exchange, CMH said the standstill agreement, which would prevent Seven and associates from acquiring shares in the company for 12 months, was "subject to certain exceptions". It is possible that one of those exceptions is in the event of Seven announcing a full takeover.
...........................................................
Does anyone know what those "certain exceptions" are ?
Or can we find out what they are?
And if one of those "certain exceptions" is... in the event of Seven announcing a full takeover, are we likely to be informed that such "certain exceptions" exist?
Or are we to be kept in the dark like mushrooms again until after one of the "certain exceptions" is acted upon.
