I meant to suggest that the sophisticated investors who will be supplying the capital may have suggested a minimum number of shares that they would accept for their investment; the announcement was timed to coincide with the best figure the company could get within that limitation (as per Zedon's calculation).

However I am confidant that it is all to the good, and this will be only a minor glitch in the upward run of the SP.
