The timing is spot on for a Cap Raising, they actually almost missed the spot.
Investors need to see future value, if the SP had run any further surely no one would have bought into the cap Raising fearing an immediate retrace.

Don't confuse you and I selling shares at a higher SP and thus making more money, with the company selling shares at a higher SP and thus investors getting less shares for the amount invested.

A higher SP will not increase the amount invested.
