    The last time i looked at SBM they had very high cash costs, any retreat in the gold price and they could get into trouble as well.

    The price of gold will not stay high forever, and
    Apex will go under if this happens sooner rather than later, after all they are living on the edge.

    If SBM take on Wiluna they will go broke as well.
