I agreed debt funding and government programs need to be applied for, but that sort of goes without saying doesn't it? It's just basic company management. I think it's also easier to secure low cost debt funding when you can show you don't really need it. FMG will need funding no matter how you cut it anyway given the capital required for hydro projects.
