work out the cost of the re financing , repayments , look at fmg and work off an annual divy of $1.7 per share minus any taxes you might need to pay, align the return with what the repayments would be and see if that works for you...
my strategy is smsf, I have a certain amount of shares that with dividends gives me the required amount of contributions to make it worth while, so i have a set and forget policy with these shares now.. every time i get a divy i just add to the portfolio
thats what works for me...good luck with it
