I suspect that a reasonably positive readout is already priced into the current share price. After all, we were 7c not that long ago. Results would need to be well above expectations to see a jump straight to 70c.

Just as likely is a result which is positive, but less positive than the market is hoping for. That could see a significant drop in share price.

Obviously a negative result will see the price immediately crater back to below 7c. Unlikely but still possible.

Don't fall into the trap of thinking there is a 90% chance of the share price doubling next month. If making money was that easy, everyone would be rich.
