If I didn't make the point well enough, my thought was that the MSB end would be the hold up (by not signing off in an instant) for reasons of hesitation on the whole funding outlook - and we don't really know how the chain of command works inside the company. The reference to inboxes should have stipulated both ends of the decision jointly. I have a horrible feeling MSB is the kind of operation where buying a pencil requires the CEO to endorse (I have personally known a couple like that). Not that I'm wanting to put down the company I am invested in but they didn't demonstrate much skill getting the MESO float up - in fact let's call it zero - I suspect for that reason. I wish it weren't that way (if it is?). Anyway I'm glad you had a laugh - I don't mind. I do in fact know quite a bit about how capital markets work but don't have any urge to explain to you the how or the why that is so.
