that's a good point about the person who progressed before receiving cvac. if that is the case, i think normal protocol is for them to be assumed to have the same hazard ratio as the rest of the population.
we also don't know if there are any drop-outs, non-compliers. i can't imagine there are any considering their disease, but it requires frequent tests, and frequent visits for treatment so could be a burden for some, and they decide now to show up, but i imagine the number of these would be very low.
more time would definitely be required to observe the 1st remission group. Are you familiar with research methods regarding the statistics when it comes to cancer? I'm still not sure how the results in the 1st remission group could improve all that well.......any thoughts would be appreciated
