yes
it always follow the curve on an average for the quarter
if the price is sustained then the average increase
but no such thing as a maximum amount payable
it is either contracted against the price of oil or they can buy on spot which is equivalent
I assume there may be provision to not take cargo at certain price points but demand exists then so be it, sell it to the Germans
