Could be a low one. Announcements this year made it sound like they are arming up to can the dividends and go on a capital spending spree. Then again, they may well give a high dividend and then issue a cap raising. The latter is my favorite. Make investors pay tax on the dividend then ask them for money from their after tax dividend.
