Also the other point being is that PJ and the team are not allowing a delay to enter into the project due to finance. They are desperate to get to production as thats when the real money comes into the company and it becomes self funding for future expansion.

So they will have done their sums and worked out that this amount will cover them til when they believe the other funding is available.

Basically they have removed a roadblock, put the project on their terms and are getting on with it.
