Share price decrease because shareholders know that Noble is known as a lender of last resort and always gets its pound of flesh by loaning money that generally gives it a right to purchase product at ( the right price )and in some cases gets equity in the Debtor Company. Seems to confirm that banks will not finance RES at the present time which is a big worry, I think my share holding is going to stay in the bottom drawer for a long time, unless there is the inevitable Chinese takeover offer at a low ball price.
