Well if Allco is any guide, Centro will lob out a huge, complicated, and tricky announcement at 9:55 AM , and immediately begin trading.
Of course the bigshots, advisers, cronies and other insiders will already have been comprehensively informed of the details.
Becoming par for the course in our increasing shonky market.
