for my uneducated tuppence worth. I have looked closely at Novartis and Transgene focusing on what they have on the go.

I concluded after I had made my purchase into vhl that in the time passing between the agreement with vhl and Transgene a lot has happened and there are many competing developments that are being progressed some talk the same language as that associated with TG4010.

so I concluded that the time between the agreement (vhl and Transgene) and the relisting could be detrimental to Novartis taking up its option.

On the other hand TG4010 may totally complement the on going research and be of true value to Novartis. on the other hand it may be of true value to the cometiotion co/s and they may wish to stop competition in this area of development.

Time will tell but the 60% assessment regarding excecising the option seems to weigh these competing interest well.

Those with a good grasp in this area have posted good assessments of the value to vhl if the option is excercised.

I guess the real issue (for me) is what else does vhl have in its cupboard and just what or how much does the pending assessment value these patents. That for me is the real question and I feel where the true gains may be found.

That is what I find extremely exciting about this stock.

I stress I bring no expertise at all to this discussion just my research and some instincts based on that research.
