    Things are certainly on the improve as we expected. They are also clearly pursuing expansion opportunities now their position is looking so much stronger.

    As far as I can tell the $13.7M profit does not include the $5.7M repayment from Monarch (listed under 'events subsequent to balance date"). So that is a bonus.
