Usually have the big fish eating the little fish in such times as values move below fair and PF hard to raise. We are very fortunate to have PF in hand with no debt and cashflow coming. Interesting that ZFX are battening down their hatches and thinking cash is king. There will be lots of little projects finding it harder to raise PF from here and ending up sitting ducks for the cashed up ones.
