I love people challenging thought process, you do that.

For me their competitive advantage is their knowledge. There is no single company / competitor with their level and term of experience. That is not to say that others may not emerge in time. Any company can throw capital at an opportunity to participate in a lucrative niche, however it takes more than capital to compete in this space. Their real competition to date is those mining companies who are trying to do this inhouse, that is where RQL is getting its business from, in spades.

The GFC really assisted the RQL business, in part because the capex budget of the mining companies was constrained and thus many managers saw the opportunity to rent rather than buy.

I'll stick with it for now
