$12 is too much for something worth $0 at the moment. There's no obligation for SRS to pay the PXUPA holders anything unless they want to pay a dividend at some stage (not likely in the medium term).

SRS could probably take them out for a low single digit figure in the short term, just to clean up the capital structure.
