Couldn't agree more, as an ex QBE employee, I can confirm only the idiots are left, anyone of any quality has left, no one any good will go there...the current CEO didn't like anyone who wasn't a sycophant to his ego, and forced out all those with brains or talent. Management's only interest now is the pay packet, shareholder's are their last thought, and amazingly the board sits there, nose in the trough as well....a total disgrace which will remain until the current CEO and Board have a dramatic change...
