I,m not too sure of your reasoning here, if the board decide to extend, and put it to a vote, all parties are entitled to participate or forfeit as they as holders are entitled to, probably at 001c, QTL for instance are doing just that, and as an aside, it is underwritten by the major shareholder, good way to eventually exert control on the quiet EH!!
