totally agree, and I would be very happy seeing a vague announcement of intention to offer a buy back. just to see what happens in the market!
a 3 or 4c divy and so on although its a nice bonus, wont change things much, I would much rather a buy back to stir the pot nicely, or otherwise keep the cash in the bank and get some decent interest. Can always offer a special divy at a later date once lit prices have improved.
