Just don't over eat through the eating period however. Just eat as normal or even better, eat a little more healthy....sure way to lose some extra kgs.

If you look at some of my posts I have been on IF for 6 months and love it.
Have had 3 days off..... when I had a lunch and 2 days for xmas.
Low carb .... good food and good fats ... lots of (wine ) and veg.
