Oh, must have missed those posts. I am on day 13 of this way of eating, myself, so very much a newbie. I am keeping my carbs down but still not overly concerned about that. I am focusing on eating a good source of protein regularly which has helped me through the fasting period. The loss of my beloved breakfast is still somewhat painful......however, I am coping OK. Can't exactly claim to "love it" but if I see a couple of kgs drop away, I may engage my emotions more!
