I don't often step on the scales but think I've lost 10 kg and done it slowly therefore permanently, [I hope]
I did it with keto lite and intermittent fasting. I'm up a little early this morn but won't even start cooking brekky for an hour. Easy when you are retired.
I've been thinking though that if working have just a bulletproof coffee before going to work and start eating at smoko time.
