I think your assessment is pretty much right. ASIC told me when I lodged my complaint that they would have a decision in 28 days as to whether they would proceed any further than their usual standard in regard to minnow companies like Intermoco.
Next week I will be ringing ASIC for an update. They better tell me they have investigated or I will be letting off some steam.
