IMO they will start small so that they can build a good record over time. The price will hold up as there will be many that are interested to get into a growth area like they are in so the dividend I think is just to complete the picture of a healthy well run company. My guess is that it wont be higher than 1c to begin with but that would allow then to have a half year as well and there I would guess you start at 0.5c. I personally would like them to pay around a 7% return and retain the rest of have a DRP so that those that want to grow exposure can.

Pure speculation at this point as I dont even think they know and it will only be decided when they are there and know the cashflow the business has and it will largely depend on the USA if sold and how much they get to bring home.
