"INTERNATIONAL BATTERY METALS LTD. ARRANGES $1,137,500 FINANCING

International Battery Metals Ltd. has engaged Mackie Research Capital Corp. as agent to undertake a brokered private placement financing, on a best efforts basis, of up to 1.75 million units at a price of 65 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,137,500. The financing is expected to close shortly."
