I have had a TopBetta account for 10 weeks now and i was offered bonus bets when signing up and that was all.
This article claims that TopBetta have been offering:
1. Betters odds i.e. odds boost or enhanced odds
2. Allowed to cancel the bet through a race - the fold
3. Pay out if the horse finishes second to the favorite or leads at any time in a race
I wish that they did offer these services.
I know that journalists can misquote people too so maybe that is the case here.
