I'm starting this thread asking for Australian domiciled shareholders who converted their shares to ADS to post info about having their ADS direct share registration shares transferred into an international brokerage account. I would like to do this.

I have an international brokerage account with CommSec and I have some ADS shares sitting in their that I bought through the brokerage account, but most of my shares were converted through the conversion facility and are now on the direct share registration certificate that was recently sent out. When I inquired with CommSec last year, they told me it would not be possible to transfer them to the international broker. I can't understand why not, but there you go.
