International Brokerage Accounts, page-5

I have an account with CME markets and they told me the same . I can buy KZIA through their international brokerage but I cannot transfer and have to open an account with a brokerage in USA.In my paperwork I received paperwork from BNY MELLON for direct registration transaction request which I believe is to sell the shares and the W-8BEN form which I believe is the one needed to register as a foreign status. I think this is the one needed to open an account with another broker . still trying to wrap my head around this as I have never opened an account in the US.
I need to read all the small print but still not quite sure how to go about this or what broker to use .
