International commercialization- next steps and a framework for ADO

    Good evening fellow ADO shareholders and stakeholders ;

    What an exhilarating last week,, wow ,, so much progress and awareness of ADO being socialized on various mediums and forums.....

    Today i want to share with you all my thoughts on taking ADO to its next deserved stage of international commercialization and what i would recommend the board and our stakeholders consider as actionable needs for the business, at this stage of its development and commercial exploitation.

    My thoughts are brief, and i hope impactful enough to trigger strong consideration as they are gained from my 29 years experience in advising and mentoring Aust. small businesses, to expand internationally through essentially well researched and solid in -market/in country marketing and promotion so as to capture new foreign export markets for ADO.

    The considerations are as follows.

    1] I would recommend we expand the entitlement offer to existing shareholders to be able to get their requested entitlement of $30k in full for those that chose to do so. Why .. well my view is that raising even a further $10-$15m this way would avail and release monies and capital to expedite various in-country manufacturing partnerships and not limit ourselves to manufacturing bottlenecks and delays and also avail us to stronger, faster and wider EU penetration in countries as far as Italy/France/UK/Germany and Russia /.

    2] Manufacturing partnerships and collaborations are paramount now and are an immediate development need.

    3] Co- investing in international manufacturing scale ups and manufacturing under licence opportunities are paramount issues to be negotiated in coming weeks. We could use our capital position now to expedite international contractor/manufacturer engagements and help scale up production and manufacturing. Al this type of capital allocation will serve to expedite and augment production capacity and help manufacturers scale up fast on their own needed inputs.

    4] Make no mistake, the company in scaling up and going international and seeking an international footprint will need to have many specialist personnel with ideally specific euro country experience who can handle in-and within market production and marketing relations and dialogue /language ability. You see 90% of my most successful intl exporting businesses succeeded on the back of running and manning specialist production and marketing personnel within country. These exporting companies that succeeded set up and funded numerous "in market overseas representative offices" over many years with specialist localised marketing bdm's to negotiate and manage production and sales. ADO needs to establish these in market euro offices to better control production and marketing and deal flow.!! So ADO needs personnel capable of leading expansion and scaling operations asap

    5]The company is at the moment lean in my view regarding the need to scale up internationally. In that sense we need to start considering the pursuit of individuals and market leading specialists with international exporting experience in bio tech IP and battery tech asap, financial, legal, and international operational experience?

    6] The current leadership team is well suited to run a company of this size however my view is that the organization will need to considerably expand its executive team in all facets of the business lines from scientists through to marketing executives if we are to rapidly try and scale up international expansion in various quarters of the globe. Recognizing Human resource requirements and a commensurate expansion in team size across the various business lines is paramount, so as to be able to respond to and field inquiries and developments on a daily basis from around the globe.

    7] Folks, international expansion and exporting requires capital expenditure commitments and placing and building a formidable marketing team around it.

    In country overseas marketing representative offices is a paramount strategic investment that will help address and accommodate scale up and visibility of ADO 's tech into foreign markets. ADO needs to strategically consider its foreign markets for manufacture/production and marketing as it seeks out, customers, manufacturers, distributors and collaborators.

    The capital it has secured needs to strategically and selectively deployed so that return on capital employed results in scale, international orders and sales and quintessentially international growth.

    There is no turning back now.
    We have arrived in the collesseum.
    WE have the GOOD.
    The PRODUCT.
    We must ensure we spend wisely and not be afraid to consider bolstering our cash position through the s/h placement as exporting and internationalising an IP is not a cheap exercise.

    Speed to market and opening overseas based representative offices in strategic chosen markets in the EU/Asia/USA to help socialise the product across the in-market medical fraternity and Govts is paramount now.

    Seize the day and opportunity is a well quoted saying.

    ADO has the chance now to capitalize and grow exponentially!
    Its in our hands as shareholders and stakeholders to ensure we think big, seize this opportunity and make this company world reknown as a leading, world class rapid test provider.

    ADO- please Think big/ Go big and lets socialise ADO and not Covid.
