The Royal Commission on Child Abuse exposed them to the core. Their charter for child protection is so antiquated, so mindlessly inadequate and worthy of the most inane of American's idiot religions. Russia does not need to import such utter fundamental stupidity.

They are anti-science or at least selective in what is deemed to be scientific reality. This just produces an underclass of uneducated individuals which does not serve the country.
