Massive positive there from my perspective. Hope KGL works very closely and has a good relationship with this consultant.
Much happier knowing that it's actually underway, rather than sitting and wondering if the very idea was lost in the red tape.
Still not sure about long-term chances but a move in the right direction. I just wish they had concentrated on getting this, and other mines going, rather than putting their grubby hands on Kumtor.
