Just playing devils advocate.
I'm actually alarmed that it's a Russion enviro audit. Wasn't someone mentioning something about the Russian Mafia and it's role in getting krgyz mines for a song? You would think they'd want to put some measures in place to make sure the audit fails and be there for when the project gets sold.
I'm confident that the preparations put in place so far by KGL are good and that it'll get approved, but I'm wary of the Russian connection.
