I sent an email earlier today inquiring about the $12 million investment possibility. The following is my email and the reply email I received. Very exciting stuff to look forward too.

Hi Andrew

My name is Michael Jack we recently spoke via email, I am a current share holder and I have a general question for you regarding the possible $12 million financing. We were last updated on Oct 13th and I was wondering are negotiations still being discussed or has the door closed as we have not had an update for some time.

Also can you disclose who the negotiations are with and any other information you can please provide regarding this matter.

Thank you for your email. I cannot disclose who the parties are unfortunately however I have commented publicly that the negotiations are ongoing and of a positive nature. Plenty of international investors are aware of the value of our ground and are seeking to take large positions in the company. Obviously we want the investment to be done at much higher levels and so discussions have taken a little longer than first expected. Please let me know if you have any further queries.

Why we wait for further news just a reminder to those on the sidelines what an unbelievable, underpriced stock this is IMO:


1. VTEM results due next week

2. Possible 12 million financing being negotiated for future projects from international investors.

3. Phase 2 Drilling in 1Q 2011 thats only 18 days away!

4. Nearology, if you have not seen refer to recent announcements from GOR (former EKM). Worth looking at the charts and the huge increase in value per share. These guys are literally next door also AUC

5. A company know as Breaker apparently buying up land surrounding GNI early post mentions 1281 blocks as of last month

6. 1.5 mil in the bank

7. CR out of the way

8. And a market cap of 6.4


Now is the time to be buying if you want to be in at the begging of something big, patience is the key and those selling now will be the ones who will regret this sell it may not be today but this stock will have its time and IMO from now 10 weeks this will see a 6.5 and beyond

And those on sidelines I wouldnt wait too long because when it moves it may move very quickly.
