SIR's previous CLOSING HIGH was $2.79, if we can break this down and close above this level it should signal the next leg up is in play, the only other hurdle is the intra day high of $2.99 to be taken down. Take this down and who knows where above $3 we go???? all we will need in for Conductor 4 to deliver some massive sulphides and it will be like day 1 all over again....
