    Hydrofluoric acid is not illegal. Dangerous, but not illegal. The point was that LIT flat out lied to shareholders and the market.

    Evaporites, as you describe are very different to igneous geological deposits such as pegmatites (spodumene/ lepidolite/ petalite). I think there is opportunity for treatment of non conventional lithium sources to supply the growing battery demand, but the costs must be better than the existing technology.

    @rokkett, you're not listening. LIT stated Sileach did not use HF and produced hexafluorosilicic acid.
