I would appreciate it if you can point out the source of your information regarding the presentation that vcr will be holding prior to the AGM.

BTW, I like the fact it held and closed today at 0.57.

Here is another twist on things, if the sp continues to drop, and vcr needs to do another capital raising (not for a while yet), this would mean that they have to sell more shares at lower price to raise the required funds.

What this means is more dilution to existing share holders, the possibly (may be) the new "sophisticated investors" will be reluctant to invest in a company with no sp appreciation, dividends etc......

On the flip side now, what this means to vcr (if these guys have their heads out of their Ar*es), is that they have to prop the sp by as much as they can until the next capital raising.......Otherwise they are SCR*&ed!!!

Lets hope that they are able to do that.
