You can also note that Goldfeilds, along with the $10m and 100,000 up front deal, have received two lots of full paid shares, of 2.5m each. The last issue you will find in the Annual 10 under "exploration costs" and not under issued shares.
The big question is, why did Goldfield get the 15% in the first place. Why would the directors of Genorah, who are the same directors of NKP give 15% to them instead of NKP.
And how the sale back to NKP not 4 months later = $60m for 15% when NKP's own value of their 64% of the "E" and "T" farms is in the last "Q" as an impairment of $27m.
