I've been a holder on & off with TLS!
Something TLS appears to be neglecting is the International Roaming function ie. to TLS benefit!
Have others found the same?
When O'seas, there is not a function to turn International Roaming Off - apart from switching to Flight mode? If a user overlooks this, the International Roaming charges just keep feeding TLS's coffers!
Surely, TLS could simplify this ON/OFF process & ensure end users know where they stand!
meanwhile, it appears SHLDRs will benefit!
