    Appears there are different approaches to TLS services? Multiple calls:

    1. before departing Australia,
    2. while O'Seas
    3. Then upon return & now appears the earlier help desk assistants just don't understand TLS Global Roaming mechanisms!

    Time they got their act together on this! Considering the mobility of Aussia's as international travellers, TLS services s/be more user friendly and cost competitive!
