ACR has never said the exact hurdle for the $50m, the $220 net sales hurdle number comes from BellPotter research - i assume this was indicated by the firm at some point in analyst meetings. They also have a further US$120m in milestones outstanding (again unknown milestone for these).
In addition, they also have milestones for Recuvyra (8m?), and Ellavie (2.5m?) - from memory
Note: all these payments are based on hurdles for global net sales as i understand it. My understanding is that non-North Amer. market is c. US$300m - spread across South America (20%); Asia (30%); Europe (50%) - Germany is the largest Euro market... ACR has been quoted as saying that non-US market could grow to as large as the US market (which is somewhere around c.US$2b gross sales i think)
