You miss the point. IMO education is not an "industry". We developed a great education system in this country to educate our people. It should be fully funded by the lousy useless Guvnuts! Foreigners should not be allowed to "buy" education here - if there is capacity we should provide free education to a limited number of foreign students by way of foreign aid - much as we did under the old "Colombo Plan" or whatever it was called.
Annnnd, I could not give two hoots about how much they spend here or help to create jobs here or whatever - they can do that elsewhere - not in OUR country!!
