No it's not. The only people who advocate what is happening now (and in the past 15 years) in the education sector are those that are profiting from it or just those that don't have a clue of the corruption. That foreign students have to pay and how much they have to pay is not what it's about; they're paying that NOT for an education but for a PR (permanent residency) and then the on-selling of that privilege from there. Once they're here then they'll bring in more and charge the 'numnuts'. The cycle goes on.
You can search for bogus universities and courses. Unless you deal with these parasites, you are unlikely to have an idea of how pathetic Australia has become; especially Melbourne.
