In AR it says that LTI plan was deferred in FY21, currently under review and will recommence in first half of FY22. So, DB will have his PRs but I suspect it will not happen until after strategy review presentation or even after AGM.
Even so, I just do not see how this fact is related to possibility of more bad news? But on another hand I never took citi as valuable source of information anyway.
