    I use to be with Virginbroadband, I let them go after 2 months of complaining they finally let me out of the contract.
    Mind you every time I wanted to call a tech at Virgin it was a 45min wait.

    The main problem for me was I kept getting knocked of the the network or I couldn't connect. I think this stems from them using the mobile netork and when it is busy it effects the performance of the broadband. Maybe Virgin and Optus mobile data gets preference over net data in busy periods of network conjestion.

    I brought some shares one day in the morning, that afternoon I came home and wanted to check my position but could not get on the net, that was the final straw for me.

    But saying that a friend of mine uses Virging in another area and has no problems.
