Hi there Aflatoon, Has your dear son downloaded any download programs such as Kazaa etc from the net? Some of these programs have extra programs inbuilt that are directly responsible for the pop ups. It is quite difficult to get to an uninstall command for the pop up program. Well I haven't found a way yet, but I am fairly illiterate. You could also try a file search for Gator - as I believe this is one such program. cheers Ashwon
