ADY's Internet Site content has not been updated for some time. They are still showing Rincon as an asset.Obviously continuous disclosure is still not high on their priority list.
In my opinion the company most likely has insufficient funds to update their site.
OR
Is the company planning something else like being taken over or going into administration?
Who knows????
